Support assist wont download drivers

Intel Drive Support Assistant won't download driver. I installed a graphics software package and it told me that the driver for my Intel HD Graphics is out of date. I downloaded the Intel Drive Support Assistant it tells me that there are new drivers to download. This will completely remove the support assistant and allow for a clean version to be installed. I would suggest downloading the support assistant back on the computer from the recovery manager or from the download from bltadwin.ru on the drivers and download page specific for your computer. Well, after installing the "Dell XPS 13 System BIOS - " and several retries and restarts, the issue has now been solved. I was able to download 2 updates using Get Drivers Downloads: Realtek High Definition Audio Driver - A15 - MB - Recommended. - Dell/Alienware Digital Delivery Application - A15 - MB - Optional.
